Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring of front office staff to ensure excellent patient experience and operational efficiency.
  • Assist operations managers in the recruitment, hiring, and development of front office support positions.
  • Develop and conduct effective regional training and meetings through the creation of outstanding group presentations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience, increase operational efficiency, and boost office profitability.
  • Ensure all front office staff complete required training as outlined by the Organizational and Talent Development Department.
Requirements
  • At least 2-5 years of related front office management experience.
  • Operational management knowledge of front office best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in the dental industry preferred.
