Job Title: Commercial Construction Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Estimator to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of SE W. As a Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with property managers, facilities managers, and other target audiences to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and grow relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry
  • Manage multiple ongoing remodeling projects and provide detailed scopes of loss and estimates
  • Negotiate and secure approval on project scopes with property owners
  • Oversee contracts, job files, estimates, changes orders, and certificates of completion
  • Coordinate financials, including invoices, draws, and final payments
  • Develop a vendor network of skilled trades to complement our in-house services
  • Create project budgets and work with project managers to produce jobs while meeting financial goals
  • Hit or exceed annual sales goals with expected margins
  • Achieve top-rated customer service ratings
  • Stay up-to-date on industry technology, building products, and current trends
  • Participate in networking events to develop referrals and grow our brand
Requirements:
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Outgoing, driven, and passionate about success
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A responsible self-starter motivated by success
  • Familiarity with estimating/design software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in remodeling, design, and estimating

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday-Friday schedule. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate business needs. A professional appearance and demeanor are expected at all times.
