We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Director of the Neuromuscular Program to lead our department in innovative research and clinical care.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead a nationally recognized clinical and/or research program in neuromuscular medicine
* Provide strategic leadership for the Neuromuscular Program in the Department of Neurology
* Collaborate with the neuromuscular fellowship director to lead the ACGME neuromuscular fellowship
* Mentor graduate students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty
* Foster collaborative relationships and interdisciplinary research teams to encourage scholarship in neuromuscular disorders

Qualifications
* MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent degree
* Active extramural research funding transferable to UCLA
* Strong record of publication and career development in biomedical animal- and/or human-based research
* Demonstrated excellence in teaching and mentoring

What We Offer
The salary range for this position is $167,900-$357,500. This position includes membership in the Health Sciences Compensation Plan, which provides eligibility for additional compensation. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.
