Job Overview:

The UCLA Health Ambulatory Nursing Training Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Ambulatory Nursing Team. This individual will be responsible for organizing and developing training programs, ensuring all participants are informed about updated training material and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate multiple training events simultaneously, including off-site training for new hires and collaboration with existing training programs throughout the health system.
* Develop and source training program materials to meet specific training needs, while maintaining an updated curriculum database and training records.
* Assist training facilitators in creating training aids, manuals, and handbooks, utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience/training
* Working knowledge of training programs and ability to create presentations using PowerPoint and Vizio software
* Strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities

Compensation:
