Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician at Teaching Interventions Keeping Individuality, Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and clinical environments. This role requires strong communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients
  • Attend regular supervision sessions with assigned BCBA
  • Report changes in behavior and progress to assigned BCBA supervisor
  • Adhere to treatment plans designed by BCBA for each client
  • Submit weekly progress notes for each client

Requirements:

  • RBT certification by the BACB, in good standing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid automobile insurance and registration
  • Reliable means of transportation and a valid Florida Driver's License
  • Current and maintain RBT certificate
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Maintain CPR certification and HIPAA compliance training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six months experience working with children with Autism, intellectual disability, and/or related neuro-developmental disorders
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
