Job Summary

The Business Account Executive is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This office-based position requires frequent travel to and around the assigned territory, with a focus on securing orders and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast and solicit orders from existing and potential customers through in-person visits or phone calls
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key customer personnel, including purchasing, engineering, and management
  • Submit weekly activity reports and provide a territory sales forecast on a monthly basis
  • Perform all assigned duties with minimal supervision and spend at least 85% of time working with customers or potential customers
  • Travel to other markets to solicit and secure orders from potential or existing customers
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Desire for an uncapped earning potential in a 75% commission structure
  • Ability to complete and pass all courses offered by the company or pass proficiency tests
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, product demonstrations, and sales techniques
  • Technical or telecommunications background a plus
