We are seeking a Senior Researcher in Wearable Sensors to spearhead and oversee research initiatives aimed at developing innovative wearable sensor technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute pioneering, impactful research, taking ownership and working autonomously to formulate research concepts and experimental approaches that meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to transition laboratory prototypes into commercially viable products.
- Effectively communicate research outcomes and their significance; produce high-quality reports, academic papers, and presentations.
- Oversee laboratory management and supervision; design, construct, and optimize experimental setups; adhere to and enhance good laboratory practices.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and advancement, conceptualizing, planning, and preparing research proposals for new research avenues.
- Perform other reasonable duties as required.
- PhD in Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or Materials Science.
- Over 5 years of experience in biosensing, electrochemistry, and/or biomedical devices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficient in producing high-quality technical and scientific documentation.
- A curious and adventurous mindset towards exploring new R&D fields and adopting state-of-the-art technologies.
- Strong command of the English language.
