Transformative AI Researcher

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered products that transform customer interactions with their money.
  • Leverage a broad stack of technologies to uncover insights in large volumes of numeric and textual data.
  • Design, train, evaluate, and implement AI foundation models through all phases of development.
  • Engage in high-impact applied research to push the latest AI developments into customer experiences.
  • Translate complex research into tangible business goals.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in Applied Research.
  • Strong research background in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Experience with open-source languages and cloud computing platforms.
  • Deep understanding of AI methodologies and foundations.
  • Experience with large deep learning models, training optimization, and self-supervised learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PhD focus on NLP or Masters with 5 years of industrial NLP research experience.
  • Publications in deep learning theory and top-tier conferences.
  • Experience with compiler design and model compression.
