About the Role

As a Route Sales Professional with Bimbo Bakeries USA, you will be responsible for delivering and merchandising our products to retail customers, while also building strong relationships with store managers and employees. You will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and merchandise products to retail customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and employees
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales and merchandising techniques
  • Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash
  • Drive company route truck safely and maintain a clean and organized vehicle
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
  • Must be able to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
  • 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) is preferred
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base pay plus commission, with an average annual salary of $55,000 to $65,000. We also provide full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.
