Your daily responsibilities will include enhancing the Customer experience by ensuring your team adheres to our Customer Commitments. Collaborate with your leadership team to drive store performance, aiming to surpass revenue and profit objectives while managing the operational tasks that ensure your store consistently impresses our Customers.

You will receive comprehensive tools and training to facilitate your success through our management training program. Your success will be gauged by your capability to nurture your successors and your team's proficiency in consistently achieving and exceeding all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Exhibit a level of leadership stemming from a minimum of 5 years in retail or consumer sales, including 3 years in a fully accountable management position. Demonstrate reliability and flexible availability, which may encompass days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day. Be open to up to 10% travel to support stores within your designated area or region. Take ownership of all store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Monitor and manage team attendance, ensuring accountability through effective coaching and counseling. Address Customer feedback, resolve issues, and consistently strive for the enhancement of the in-store experience. Oversee the store visit operations and maintain the appearance checklist. Provide high-level, on-the-spot coaching and development for your Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Team/Shift Leads to cultivate exceptional leaders. Engage in ongoing leadership training to refine your management, accountability, operations, and communication skills. Set a positive tone in your store, fostering a high-energy environment. Manage the weekly scheduling and payroll budget while identifying hiring needs. Lead and conduct interviews with prospective team members. Take charge of plan-o-grams and lead the merchandising efforts of the store. Manage change orders and supply orders, including signage and fixtures.
