Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with our company's business objectives and goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that support our company's growth and competitiveness.
- Develop and manage budgets to support digital initiatives and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure access to innovative technologies and solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on digital transformation and innovation to our leadership team and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation and innovation.
