Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to achieve annual revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, including corporate leaders and high net worth individuals
  • Lead a team of fundraising professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful fundraising efforts
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other staff to further United Way of Weld County's development, community impact, and nonprofit excellence objectives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience in a corporate or nonprofit organization
  • At least 7 years of management experience, with at least 5 years at the senior leadership level managing teams
