About the Role

As a key member of our team, the Shop Foreman plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our Service Department. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide our technicians to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to achieve high-quality service and repair standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to set departmental goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to technicians to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Shop Foreman or Technician Team Lead at a Ford Dealership.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
