About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup, calibration, and operation of machines used in the production process.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of and experience with MS Windows, MS Office, and other Windows applications.
  • Good understanding of logistics in a pallet warehouse application, order handling, etc.
  • Logical and problem-solving skills: troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Multiple focus: able to juggle many responsibilities at once.
  • Organizational priority: able to make decisions that are in the best interest of the organization, even though they cause individual people distress.
  • Persistence: doesn't get discouraged and give up on things easily.

  • 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
