Key Responsibilities- Assist with the setup, calibration, and operation of machines used in the production process.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with MS Windows, MS Office, and other Windows applications.
- Good understanding of logistics in a pallet warehouse application, order handling, etc.
- Logical and problem-solving skills: troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Multiple focus: able to juggle many responsibilities at once.
- Organizational priority: able to make decisions that are in the best interest of the organization, even though they cause individual people distress.
