Job Summary:

Lands' End is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Mid-Market Account Sales Team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts valued between $20K-$250K by identifying key decision-makers and developing relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify key decision-makers within existing accounts and establish strong relationships with them. * Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. * Meet or exceed annual sales targets as presented by sales leadership. * Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and plans to achieve revenue and sales goals. * Conduct thorough needs assessments with each customer to understand how they are using Lands' End products and uncover new sales opportunities. * Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to maintain and expand within existing accounts. * Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics. * Effectively use CRM tools to manage client data and sales pipeline. * Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team. * Provide excellent customer service and promptly address client inquiries or concerns. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and account information.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. * 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. * Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on Mid-Market clients. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets. * Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Highly organized and detail-oriented. * Willingness to travel as required.
