**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Radiation Oncology team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who share a commitment to excellence and compassion.
**Responsibilities**
The RN will be responsible for delivering patient care through the use of the nursing processes, providing leadership by working cooperatively with nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
The RN will ensure that patients receive high-quality care, providing psychological support and education to both inpatients and outpatients, families, and significant others. The RN will also develop and maintain radiation oncology educational material for staff and patients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $30.00 to $43.05 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, the RN must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing
- A valid license in Tennessee or Georgia (based on location) or eligibility for licensure
- BCLS certification within the probationary period
- OCN certification within 6 months if employee has current oncology experience meeting ONCC practice guidelines for certification testing
