Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure solutions balance technical excellence with usability and accessibility.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with Absence Implementation hands-on.
  • Experience with issue tracking, ticketing systems, source control, and revision systems.
  • Ability to understand and work with large, complex systems.
  • Experience writing test cases for new and existing code to ensure compatibility and stability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about knowledge sharing.
  • A background in Workday Functional certification is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of Workday's Absence module.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Workday, including comprehensive knowledge of its HCM.
