Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly, provide detailed menu explanations, address inquiries, and accurately take and record food and beverage orders, including any special requests.
- Relay specific instructions to kitchen personnel as necessary.
- Ensure food orders are presented according to park standards and guests' preferences.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
- Uphold and enforce policies regarding alcohol consumption during the dining experience.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal, responding to their needs, refilling drinks, and taking dessert orders.
- Process guest checks and handle payments efficiently.
- Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in food service.
- Ability to adhere to service standards in both casual and formal dining settings.
- Possession of a Food Handler's card as required by local regulations.
- Capability to memorize the complete menu, including modifications, and effectively communicate this to guests.
- Physical ability to balance and carry large trays of food, weighing up to 30 lbs., through busy dining areas during shifts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Must be able to pass a background check, if 18 years or older, which may include credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, in accordance with company policy, unless restricted by law.
