Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field; a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Skills

    • Ability to motivate, communicate effectively, and instruct others on facilitation techniques.
    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree preferred in Leadership, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Adult Learning, Instructional Performance, Human Development, or related area.
  • Additional Requirements
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
    • Ability to travel up to 20% on average, as required.
