Job Title: Senior Account Manager, Retail Media Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Retail Media team at Croud. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of account managers, supporting and developing client relationships, providing deep platform expertise, and contributing to department and channel best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and mentor a team of account managers to ensure delivery of high-quality client work
* Support and develop client relationships to drive business growth and retention
* Provide deep platform expertise to clients, including Amazon, Walmart, and Roundel
* Contribute to department and channel best practices to drive operational excellence

Requirements:

* At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on retail media
* Strong technical skills, including experience with Amazon, Walmart, and Roundel
* Expert knowledge of retail media networks, including Walmart Connect and Roundel
* Experience with 3rd party retail media management tools, such as Skai and Pacvue
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage client expectations
