Job Summary

Aleknagik Technology, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Specialist to support the EPA Cincinnati Office in Cincinnati, OH.

This role is responsible for the efficient management of excess property and property in storage located at the Cincinnati Warehouse. The selected individual will assist with warehouse storage and materials handling, including loading and unloading of trucks, verifying items received against receiving documents, and delivery and retrieval of items to and from the proper locations throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain responsibility for excess property and property in storage at EPA's Warehouse, ensuring a neat and orderly storage environment.
  • Document and administer the property disposal process, including preparing documents and maintaining files associated with transfers, sales, and donations.
  • Manage the Storage Database, including data input/deletion, generating database reports, and verifying the accuracy of database information.
  • Enter items into GSA's automated sales/screening system and conduct physical inventories, reconcile property records, dispose of excess property through GSA, and perform necessary follow-ups.
  • Develop training materials and conduct Custodial Officer training programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience performing comparable warehouse receiving, storage, materials handling, and processing duties.
  • Must be a forklift operator and be OSHA compliant, with up-to-date certificates.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • US Citizen; able to pass government background checks.
