About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Carrier, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions. As a Customer Delivery Assurance Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the on-time delivery of HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with factory groups to communicate project timelines and schedules.
  • Provide insights based on customer comments to factory and engineering staff.
  • Create materials for sales teams and senior leadership related to project progress.
  • Utilize understanding of constraints and criteria for manufacturing and construction to provide recovery plans when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience working in or directing project teams or several mid to large-sized projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP or other ERP experience
  • Working knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration design, heat transfer, fan systems, and control systems
  • Supply chain management and operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC components, products, systems, and controls is preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, work independently under minimal direction, able to prioritize work to meet customer needs
  • Project level experience is preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
