- Experience working with electronic medical record applications
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and basic math skills
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of current nursing practice, professional standards of care, and state and federal regulations regarding home care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency
