Job Summary

Paul Mitchell Schools is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests, prospective students, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests, prospective students, and staff
  • Respond to and resolve guest service inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Act as a guest service mentor to our Future Professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth guest service flow
  • Follow all service desk systems and procedures to ensure a high level of service quality
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and service goals
Requirements
  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer software and telephone skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service goals
  • Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
