We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Residential Counselor, you will provide direct supervision in a group home setting, assist with daily living skills and personal care needs, and organize recreational and social activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of work or life experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. We value excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate respect for individuals with mental illness and their families.
