About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated MICA Case Manager to join our Partial Care - Prospect House Team at the Mental Health Association.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating MICA groups, implementing the Partial Care Program, and providing partial care services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate MICA groups to promote social skills and relapse prevention.
  • Plan and facilitate milieu activities, including therapy, coping, activity, and psycho-educational groups.
  • Collaborate with members and staff to accomplish psycho-social goals and tasks of the unit.
  • Provide case management services, including coordination of medical, psychiatric, financial, residential, social, and legal needs.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
  • At least one year of related experience.
  • Two years of experience in providing co-occurring services; a CADC or LCADC is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers for electronic medical records software.
