We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team as a PACT MICA Counselor in New Brunswick, NJ. This role requires providing community-based treatment and skills training to individuals with serious mental illness.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field, a minimum of two years' experience working with co-occurring mentally ill and substance abuse populations, and CADC or LCADC licensure. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history is also required.

This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and up to 13 paid holidays. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
