Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Employment Associate to act as the liaison between team members and management. This role is responsible for assisting team members with navigating the MyRewardsEveryday website, completing pre-screenings, orientations, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Check-in with management to discuss team member needs and review email and other related areas on the computer.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including reviewing applications, completing pre-screenings, setting up interviews, and assisting the HRBP with external job postings.
- Oversee the completion of new hire computer-based training and ensure new team members are scheduled for on-the-job training.
- Ensure completion of required annual computer-based training throughout the year.
- Responsible for inventory levels of uniforms and supplies.
- Work with management to plan and execute various events throughout the store, such as job fairs, recruiting events, and holiday parties within budget.
- Maintain confidential records and proper disposal of records after the retention period has ended.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner and to comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
- Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position.
- Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
- Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
