Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in managing food costs and controlling expenditures
- Assist in menu planning and creation, focusing on fresh, innovative offerings
- Lead the execution of catering events, ensuring seamless delivery
- Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams
- Foster a culture of food quality, presentation, and sanitation excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
- Progressive kitchen management experience based on formal education or training
- Experience in catering and high-volume foodservice operations is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of food trends, quality control, and cost management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and general computer skills
- ServSafe certification is highly preferred
