You'll be responsible for collecting data, completing assessments, and developing plans of care based on patient needs. Your expertise will involve evaluating patient responses to interventions, revising plans as needed, and communicating effectively with colleagues and families.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong critical thinking skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Apart from your excellent clinical skills, you'll also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, utilizing performance indicators to monitor outcomes and drive enhancements in care delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's)
  • 1 year of RN experience (or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program)
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
