Nursing Professional with Acute Care Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, providing exceptional patient care in an acute inpatient setting. As a nursing professional with acute care expertise, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, fostering a positive patient experience, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, ensuring safe and effective treatment
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and research
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify priorities, coordinate care, and ensure seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory agency requirements and organizational policies
- Evaluate patient progress, revising plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements:
- Degree: Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
- Experience: One year as a registered nurse; successful completion of Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or comparable residency accepted
- Licensure: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
