Supervise and Lead in Post-Acute Care

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee our post-acute care team. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate, communicate, and provide oversight to promote a smooth transition among shifts, enhance unit operations, and implement staffing plans to reduce overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Coordinate transitions between shifts to maintain seamless operations
  • Implement staffing plans to optimize resource allocation and reduce overtime
  • Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive acute care experience, including supervision and management
  • A Registered Nurse - RN license to practice nursing in Washington, DC; BLS required
