Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Prisma Health. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute inpatient setting.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, fostering patient-centered care.
- Demonstrate clinical competency utilizing evidence-based practices and research in the nursing process.
- Consult with clinical advisors and peers to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care based on their age and assessed needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity of care.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and revise plans of care as needed.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse.
- Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
