Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Team Member, your primary focus will be on:

  • Customer Engagement
    • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and offering product recommendations.
    • Engage with customers on the sales floor, in the cutting counter, and at the cash register.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
    • Use this knowledge to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations
    • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
    • Support other team members with tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Basic Math Skills and Accuracy
  • Ability to Lift Up to 49 Pounds and Stand for Long Periods
