WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

This is a part-time customer care position with the potential to grow into full-time. We'll work with you to find a schedule that fits your life.

Your day as a part-time Customer Service Representative is all about connection and coordination. You'll start by answering phones with a smile, booking service appointments, and managing both inbound and outbound calls. As you keep things running smoothly, you'll monitor leads, follow up on missed calls and emails, and work hand-in-hand with our dispatch team to ensure every customer's needs are met. Plus, you'll jump into office tasks that keep everything humming along.

  • Ability to learn our CRM software
  • Ability to handle a high call volume and manage friendly customer service experiences
