We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage the rights and clearances department at NFL Films. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in production rights and clearances and managing a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing third-party rights and clearances work, including researching contacts, obtaining clearance license agreements, and screening cuts for clearance issues. They will also oversee a team of rights and clearance coordinators, collaborate with the Footage Research team to create best practices for clearance processes, and work with producers and creatives on footage requests.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in rights and clearances with a production or media company, a Bachelor's degree, and experience managing a team in a fast-paced work environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$92,500 USD and a flexible workplace policy that provides opportunities to work from a location of your choice while maintaining a priority on in-person work at an NFL office.
