As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff by maintaining and repairing fire and life safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, recharge, and repair fixed and portable fire suppression systems to recognized standards.
  • Support campus construction and renovation projects by inspecting and maintaining life safety systems.
  • Assist in all phases of fire and life safety systems, maintenance, and repair.

Requirements:

  • A High School Degree or High School Equivalency (HSE) is required.
  • One (1) year of experience with inspection, maintenance, and/or repair of fire and safety equipment, alarm systems, and/or sprinkler systems is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A mechanical background working with electrical and hand tools is strongly preferred.
