  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and inspections, to ensure the smooth operation of building systems and equipment.

  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-year experience in facility maintenance and operations preferred.
  • Maintain valid driver's license.
  • Completion of endorsed patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program certification required within 1 month of hire.
