Curriculum Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experience for our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct classroom observations and evaluations to ensure curriculum alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage a team to execute curriculum in accordance with brand standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance teacher skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum programs.
Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of center leadership/management experience preferred.
  • At least one year of center leadership/management experience required.
  • Professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children.
  • Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
Compensation:

$20.00 per hour
