Curriculum Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children and supporting the growth and development of our teachers.

• Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with state licensing rules and regulations
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers to support their growth and development
• Manage team to ensure curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards
• Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop teachers for the future
• Listen objectively to employee concerns and plan a recommended course of action
• Build and communicate weekly schedules and daily management of classroom ratios

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred
• At least one year of center leadership/management experience required
• Must have professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children
• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
• CPR and First Aide Certification highly preferred

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
