Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I to join our team at Benjamin Moore & Co. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory, orders, and shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain the highest standards of product quality and service.
  • Ensure the quality and cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
  • Communicate with supervisors to improve job efficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including pallet riders, order pickers, fork trucks, reach trucks, and dock stockers.
  • Pick customer orders from inventory stock and complete them to meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
  • Assemble customer orders, prepare them for loading, and secure pallets using stretch wrapping equipment or other related equipment.
  • Count cartons or containers to crosscheck and verify customer orders and validate accuracy.
  • Attach proper identification on shipments indicating the correct delivery address for the destination of customer orders.
  • Perform all other warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, and truck loading.
  • Load delivery vehicles and secure shipments as required.
  • Count inventory stock during physical inventory processes and crosscheck for accuracy.
  • Remove damages from stock and process them in the return goods area.
  • Process non-regulated UPS shipments through UPS WorldShip.
  • Utilize warehouse management system scanners and 5S practices.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be cross-functional.
  • Ability to operate all facility MHE, including pallet riders, order pickers, fork trucks, reach trucks, and dock stockers.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
  • Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.
  • Lifts 60 lbs regularly throughout the shift and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
  • Ability to use computer systems and programs.
