Key Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Product Selector is tasked with the precise and efficient selection of products within our distribution center. This role also involves the careful preparation of shipments to ensure timely delivery to our clients.

Schedule: 7 AM start, 4 ten-hour shifts (Sundays required, Saturdays off)

Essential Functions:
Retrieve appropriate selecting documents prior to the order selection process.

Select and segregate warehouse products by account and stop number as indicated by the computer-generated label.

Ensure product descriptions match label descriptions.

Construct pallets within the warehouse according to customer specifications.

Maintain production standards while minimizing errors.

Transport completed orders to the designated staging area in the warehouse using a stand-up electric pallet jack.

Return completed selecting documents to the appropriate collection site as per the Shipping Department's specifications.

Perform other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.

Maintain good attendance.

Adhere to safe work practices in the warehouse.

Safeguard confidential warehouse company information.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.

Prior experience operating powered warehouse industrial equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers) preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and management.

Ability to follow safe warehouse working practices as instructed.

Ability to work independently without direct supervision in the warehouse.

Physical Requirements:


The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential warehouse functions of this job.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be able to carry, lift, and/or move up to 75 pounds. The associate is required to sit. The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, and climb in the warehouse.

While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm.

The associate is also exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the warehouse work environment are typically low to moderate.
