Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Trainee to join our team. As a Sales Development Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive 6-month training program to develop your sales and branding skills.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a 6-month training program to develop sales and branding skills
- Maintain a positive and engaged mindset to achieve sales targets
- Consistently exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and effective communication
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and cold outreach
- Utilize various tools and platforms to source new leads and build a robust pipeline
- Conduct virtual outreach through email, social media, and phone calls to connect with potential clients
- Schedule and attend initial meetings to understand client needs and present our product offerings
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with prospects to convert them into loyal customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Work towards achieving set targets and performance metrics to qualify for promotion to a Business Development Manager role
- Comprehensive training program to develop sales and branding skills
- $18/hour, paid bi-weekly with uncapped commission structure
- Flexible schedule with opportunities for growth and advancement
- A dynamic work environment with a supportive team culture that values innovation and excellence
- Attended or attending a university (Graduating Winter 2024); a degree in business, sales, advertising, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for door-to-door prospecting
- Willingness to relocate pending graduation for career development
