Overview

As a Sales Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Holdings, you'll embark on a dynamic and challenging journey that will equip you with valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship is designed to provide university/college students with real-world professional experience, setting you apart from the crowd and making your resume stand out.

From day one, you'll be immersed in a team-based environment where you'll work alongside peers who will support and guide you throughout your internship. You'll take on the same challenges as our first and second-year full-time professionals, acquiring highly marketable skills in management and developing a strong foundation for your future career.

This role is located in the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Management Trainee Intern, you'll have the chance to develop a range of skills, including:

  • Managing a fleet of vehicles
  • Taking care of customers
  • Developing marketing strategies
  • Building relationships with customers and coworkers

You'll also have the opportunity to engage in friendly competition with your peers, complete intern projects, and be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this internship, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than May 2025
  • Be committed to working the entire length of the internship
  • Have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
  • Not have any drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record in the past 5 years
  • Be able to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the Spring Internship Program
  • Have a minimum of three months' experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
