The Loss Prevention Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our assets. This position is responsible for leading the effort to prevent losses and protect our front-end operations.

The Loss Prevention Specialist reports to the branch manager and works closely with the operational team to identify and mitigate risks. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct audits to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of security and integrity.
  • Train and orient new employees on security protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and implement projects to improve front-end physical security and reduce losses.
  • Work weekends and/or overnight shifts as necessary.

This position requires the ability to work in an industrial environment and to lift up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
