Experience a flexible hybrid work model—three days in the office and two days working remotely. The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $205,000 annually, offering a harmonious balance of career advancement and personal satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective Communication: Manage a high volume of phone calls, written correspondence, and emails with efficiency.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels, including regular engagement with executives and key external stakeholders.
  • Travel Management: Organize business travel arrangements, taking into account individual preferences and corporate guidelines.
  • Expense Oversight: Oversee and reconcile expense reports and receipts, ensuring accurate management of corporate credit card accounts.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings and events, including preparing agendas, creating materials, and taking minutes when necessary.
  • Event Organization: Facilitate planning for both on-site and off-site events, covering logistics, venue selection, and technology needs.
  • Task Management: Prioritize conflicting demands, expedite urgent matters, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless task coordination.

Candidate Profile:

  • Technologically Proficient: Skilled in Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, and similar tools.
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiar with Zoom, WebEx, GlobalMeet, Oracle, and Slack.
  • Experienced Professional: A minimum of 8 years of experience supporting a CEO in a publicly traded company.
  • Strong Communicator: Capable of providing constructive feedback while remaining receptive to new ideas.
  • Confidentiality: Able to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Possess excellent written communication abilities.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
