Benchmark Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Therapist to lead our team as a Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator.
We are a network of over 1200 clinics across the country, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
About the Role- You will be responsible for providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to patients, while collaborating with clinical team members to implement and facilitate new graduate mentorship programming.
- You will work closely with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff, and provide strategies for collecting outcome data.
- You will be an integral part of our team, working to deliver the highest quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence.
- You will have the opportunity to continually learn and grow through professional development opportunities, and contribute to a positive, respectful, and fair work environment.
- You will be expected to work effectively with clinicians to provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes.
- You will be required to travel within the region as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care
- Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach our clinical staff
- Effective time management skills to provide 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly
