Senior Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Physical Therapist to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our therapy team.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment and training for patients
- Test/screen patient's physical strengths to assist in evaluating level of function
- Develop and implement conditioning/rehabilitation programs consistent with physician's plan
- Confer with physician and clinical team members to obtain additional patient information
- Accurately document patients' care observations, interventions and evaluations
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Minimum of one year physical therapy experience preferred
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license and CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Competitive salary range: $84,600 - $116,300 per year
