Senior Physical Therapist

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Therapist to fill a Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator position in our Indianapolis, Indiana market.

About the Role:
- Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to patients based on their specific needs.
- Connect with patients and clinical team members to deliver high-quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with fellow clinical peers to implement and facilitate new grad mentorship programming.
- Work with clinicians to collect outcome data and provide strategies for improvement.
- Develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff with regional leadership.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care.
- Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach our clinical staff.
- Effective time management skills to provide 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly.
- Ability to provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians.
- Ability to travel (as needed) within the Michigan market.
