Senior Physical Therapist

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Therapist to fill a Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator position in our Indianapolis, Indiana market.
We are a network of over 1200 clinics from coast to coast, with 26 brand partners, leading the outpatient physical therapy field.
As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to continue your educational training through our mentorship or residency programs, find a path to ownership by becoming a partner in one of our clinics, share your knowledge with others as a clinical instructor, lead a team by advancing into leadership, make an impact on the community with our advocacy partnerships, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs.
- Connect with patients and clinical team members within your organization.
- Deliver the highest quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with fellow clinical peers to implement and facilitate new grad mentorship programming.
- Work well with clinicians to properly collect outcome data and provide strategies.
- Work well with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff.

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care.
- Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach our clinical staff.
- Effective time management skills to provide 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly.
- Ability to provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians.
